9 Month Old Baby Raped And Killed By Mother’s Boyfriend

This is very sad, a nine month old baby named Emmaleigh Barringer was pronounced dead by West Virginia authorities after she was sexually assaulted by her mother’s thirty year old boyfriend. Benjamin Taylor is his name and according to the police department of Ripley, West Virginia he would be charged with first-degree sexual assault and murder.

Tony Boggs, the county’s sheriff, told the press that “This investigation is ongoing, but as far as his past and what she did or didn’t know, he didn’t have anything obviously of this nature in his past, or wouldn’t have been out of jail period.”

Taylor did have a criminal record prior to his horrifying incident, his bond was set at 2 Million Dollars.
